How selection works

    Pick a role and answer a few questions. About ten minutes.

    Review

    We read every application against the role's criteria.

    Short call

    Shortlisted applicants get a friendly 15–20 minute video call.

    Onboard

    Approved applicants get an onboarding email and a mentor or NGO contact.
