Do I need to install anything?
No. CourierDesk opens in the browser on your phone or computer. Your staff just log in and start booking.
How do I get my login?
Our team creates the logins for you during setup: one for the owner and one for each staff member your plan includes. You then sign in at courier.techtipstool.com on any phone or computer.
Which carriers does it work with?
Any carrier you book with: Trackon, DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Professional, Shree Maruti, India Post, DHL, FedEx, Aramex or your local carrier. Each carrier gets its own rate card and tracking link.
Is my business data shared with anyone?
No. Every business gets its own separate, private panel and database, never shared with anyone else. Your data is backed up every day.
Does the WhatsApp feature cost extra?
No. WhatsApp messages come with the Business and Network plans. Booking confirmations and payment reminders open in your own WhatsApp, already typed, so you just press send.
Can I bring my existing parties and bookings?
Yes. Send us your party list and rate list and we load them during setup. Past bookings can be brought in from an Excel sheet with the bulk import.
What happens after the free trial?
