The honest bit
It's an emerging convention. llms.txt was proposed in 2024 (llmstxt.org) as a simple markdown guide that helps AI tools find your most useful pages.
Not a ranking factor. Google has said it doesn't use llms.txt, and no major AI search engine has publicly confirmed using it for rankings or citations. It's cheap to add, but it won't replace good content, schema and crawlable pages.
Where it helps: AI coding tools, agents and some answer engines that fetch it directly, plus it forces a useful audit of which pages actually explain your business.

About this tool
llms.txt is a proposed convention (llmstxt.org) for a markdown file at the root of your site that gives AI tools a short summary of who you are and a curated list of your most useful pages, grouped into sections. Think of it as a sitemap written for language models rather than crawlers.
LLMsT3 finds your XML sitemap (from robots.txt or /sitemap.xml, including sitemap indexes), takes up to 60 URLs, reads the title and meta description of up to 25 of them, and drafts the file for you: your site name as the heading, your homepage description as the summary, and pages grouped by section. Pages we didn't fetch go under 'Optional'.
Be realistic about it: llms.txt is still an emerging convention, and Google has said it doesn't use it. It's quick to add and a useful exercise in deciding which pages explain your business best, but strong content, schema and crawlable pages matter far more for AI visibility.
